Booking Terms

  • 50% Deposit to confirm the booking within 48 hours.
  • A no show is full price.
  • No refund for early departures.
  • Full accommodation and Pre-Arranged extra's payable on arrival.  All extra's to be paid on time when requested.
  • Voucher must be paid within 30 days of invoice date or interest will be charged at prime rate of 1% per day.
  • Damages in room is immediately payable by guest.
  • If paid with EFT and the money is still not reflecting in the account at time of book-in, must the first night be paid in cash or with a card.  This will allow time for the EFT payment to reflect.  It might be that seconded and/or third night also treated as cash/card payments.
